Welcome to White Tideline Designs, handcrafted jewelry-as-art ~ like sculpted bead 'watercolors' using premier artisan beads, sterling & gemstones! Each piece is designed and handmade by me in my San Francisco Bay Area studio, an old African mahogany dining room table in my home - my vast and beautiful palette. Each piece is a one-of-a-kind design ~ you will be the only keeper of this particular design.
'Jumping Frog Lilypad' is a break-out design after several months on hiatus from my beading design work. During my time away from the studio, I have delved, headlong, into the other and old worldly craft of Old Wax Metal Casting technique ~ learning to use molten sterling silver, wax & fire to form sterling silver shapes & findings.   I'm happy to be working with a lovely bright, solid sterling silver Jumping Frog connector combined with with vibrant colors out-the-gate!
'Jumping Frog Lilypad' is created around the handcrafted sterling Frog connector and an equally stunning sterling floral toggle clasp in the shape of a could-be lilypad.  These gorgeous focal points in sterling are set in the midst of a beautiful collection of faceted Apatite, Amethyst and Swarovski rondelles.  A glass-portal scroll sculptural lampwork bead punctuates the design in a way that is at once lyrical and enchanting. 'Jumping Frog Lilypad' measures about 8.5 inches and can be resized at no additional charge upon purchase. Subsequent sizings will incur a modest fee for time, materials and return postage.
Design note:  The bracelet is designed so that the Jumping Frog sits on the center of one's wrist, in perfect balance with the sculptural bead at each side.
ABOUT ME:  I design & create beaded bracelets, earrings and pendants blending colors, shapes & textures like watercolors or sculptures. My work can be found on Martha's Vineyard, a celebrated destination in many of my sea inspired designs. A force behind my designs is the enduring high-end, heirloom quality of the materials I use and most especially the small group of glass bead artists I collaborate with whose work is original, sophisticated, interesting and modern. Their quality work is my primary focus and is the inspiration around which I create the rest of the composition. All beads I use in my work are top-quality artisan crafted, Swarovski crystal or precious/semi-precious gemstones. Solid, 925 (or higher) sterling silver is used along with vermeil gold (24K gold plated over sterling silver). No sterling silver plated components are ever used in my designs and hand-cast sterling silver findings are frequently used in my pieces.  I am starting to design a collection based on pure copper links and findings - not only for the look and feel of copper, but also for potential healing properties against pain and inflammation (arthritis).
'Handcrafted before mass manufactured' is always my goal!

Shipping is .55 by Priority Mail for US bidders.
Shipping to Canada is the same as shipping within the USA ~ but instead using Airmail.
Shipping to Europe (and most foreign destinations) is usually most economical for .50 USD, International Airmail.
