    This item is preowned but in good condition.  It did have previously applied patches which were removed.  There may be sewing marks/holes or glue residue where the previously applied patches were but should be covered when you apply your own patches.  There was a small hole (see image 8) where previous troop number patches were.  This hole has been repaired using fusible interfacing and again easily covered when attaching your own patches.  All buttons and velcro (if applicable) are intact.  I took pictures of all the places where patches were/go so please be sure to review ALL of the images.  Let the images be your guide as to quality and condition.  If you have any questions please ask.  Comes with the Fleur de Lis and Ring patches already attached as shown.
