Vintage Sterling Silver Manicure Nail Cuticle Tool, Engraved Scrolls NO MONO

Description

Vintage Sterling Silver Handled Dresser Set Manicure Nail Cuticle Tool.  Hallmarked on the handle, indicates the handle is Sterling Silver and was assayed in Birmingham, England in 1939.  Ornate art nouveau scroll design is engraved.  There is a monogram space, but no monogram has been engraved.  Measures approx. 5-1/2" in length.  This item is used and is in good condition.  Some typical light surface wear and some tarnish, it could use a good polish and buff.  Please see photos for more details.
