Vintage Beautiful Solid Sterling Silver " Webster' Art Deco Child's Hair Brush

You are looking at a very good condition sterling silver baby brush, approx  5 1/2 inches long. Brush hairs are in great condition, part holding brush hairs has one chip in it, the rest is fine. Plate on front of brush is blank, has a large W on handle with the sterling silver writing.  I am thinking this is Webster??? Needs to be polished
