Professional Grade, High Quality Speaker Mounting Hardware Kit - This style hex head cap screw works great with cast frame woofers, some midrange drivers, & horns. Also great with stamped steel woofers as long as there is clearance for the head. Take measurements of your drivers mounting holes to determine the best bolt kit for your application. The bolts in this kit are a high quality Hex Socket (Allen Head, Hex Head) Allen Head Cap Screw. They have a HQ black oxide finish that will provide a professional appearance to your project. Keep in mind you will nee a Hex Key or Allen Head Wrench to install them.

This mounting bolt kit will work well with stamped steel basket woofers as long as the mounting hole accepts a 1/4" diameter bolt. Great choice as well for many custom projects such as retaining custom baffles, speaker grill mounting and any other projects that you need a quality 1/4"-20 Allen head bolt with a 1.5" overall length. Details:
High quality, professional quality 1/4-20 thread size, cast frame speaker mounting kit for use with most professional woofers and high quality automotive drivers. Includes a set of 8) 1/4-20 bolts and t-nuts. These bolts have an Allen head design and will require the appropriate size Allen head wrench to tighten. See pictures for details. Head is smaller diameter than most standard Phillips pan head screws and will normally fit better into your woofer frame for a professional looking installation. Please be aware that approximately the first 3/8" of the bolt does not have threads so make sure your baffle is thick enough that this is not an issue. Most will use a 3/4" baffle and will not be an issue but if you are also recessing the driver keep this in mind. Overall length is 1 1/2" Not recommended for speakers less than 12 inches in diameter as they may not have enough space to accept this 1/4" diameter bolt. Get that professional look with these black anodized hex head cap screws. The perfect mounting head for aluminum cast frame speakers 12" and up. Large enough to secure the frame yet small enough to not deform paper and cork gaskets. Kit includes eight 1-1/2" thread length cap screws with 1/4-20 threads and eight self piercing spiked "T" nuts.
Minimum cabinet baffle thickness between 3/4" to 1-1/2". Not recommended for speakers under 12" diameter as the bolt head may be too large for the gasket material or the frame. Please see the included dimensions of this bolt above
