How do you get a good bone saddle..??
You form it yourself with some sandpaper, a small file,
even a fingernail file and use this actual Bone saddle blank.  Measures :
86.23mm or 3.40" Long
10mm or .40" High
3.84mm or .15" Thick
So, since the length is always going to be the hardest to
sand / form in a uniform fashion, this unit is
close to thickness of what most finished saddle should be ..

All Bodies and Necks are run thru a final inspection as well as a final polish and on necks the fretboard is conditioned before shipment.  I just want you to be happy.
