    Description

    This beautiful cello with the label "from the workshop of Peter Malasso" was made in 2017 by master craftsmen in Beijing, China, on the Stradivari model, as indicated by the label.  It is in excellent, like new condition, with a carbon fiber bow and well padded gig bag. The bag has back-pack straps and a small rosin pocket in front, with a large music pocket in back.
    The top is of fine grain spruce, with highly figured maple back, sides and neck.
    The instrument has been professionally adjusted for the best tone and playability.  It has a robust, warm and rich tone with easy response and excellent projection.  It is strung with new Danish Larsen strings on the A and D with Thomastic Spirocore G and C.
    An excellent value for an accomplished cellist.
