I am offering this old 4/4 violoncello from my private collection.
The label says:
„Carolus Bor. Dvorak
Fecit Pragae Anno 1904
“
The cello is in excellent condition, ready to play. No crack, no damage. The former owner had the varnish renovated in Slovakia.
In November 2021, the cello received new garniture in the Prague violin studio and new quality strings for 80 USD.
The original cello bridge was also modified.
Maester violin maker tried the cello and said that it sounded very good.
Top plate: massive spruce
Bottom plate (two-piece): flamed maple
Total length: 122 cm
Body length: 76 cm
F stop: 40 cm
Vibrating String Length: 69,5 cm
We believe that our beautiful cello will make students and professional players happy.
