This is a terrific tactical headlamp and consistently receives high praise in multiple review forums. This version is quality made in France. Guaranteed to be French made and NOT made in Malaysia or China. Outer box may have minor shelf wear or mark where a retail sticker was removed. Shipping
Shipping is a quote of US shipping price. Shipping elsewhere will be higher. I will either ship FedEx ground or US postal service. If there is a potential conflict with either service, please let me know ASAP after item end. Fast payment means immediate shipment. I do my best to ship same or next day if payment is received immediately after item end. I try and keep shipping as low as possible while not sacrificing quality packaging or service. If you see a rate that seems unusually high, please ask me, as it may be a mistake. If I overcharge for shipping and the actual cost comes out to be significantly less than expected, I will issue you a shipping refund. Buyers must provide a valid address that the eBay system recognizes. We cannot ship items to an address recognized as invalid by the eBay system.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days. Items received damaged must be reported within 48 hours. Returns must be shipped back within 5 days of label generation per eBay policy. I always do my best to describe an item honestly and accurately but if I've made a serious error I'll refund your purchase plus shipping both ways. Buyer pays all shipping fees on returns for other reasons. Items cannot be used and must remain in brand new condition with no signs of wear. all tags and packaging must be attached and intact where applicable.
