Description

A very good early 20th century Moroccan leather bound travelling suitcase / dressing case, the interior lined in a striking indigo moiré silk and fitted with a drop-down compartment housing various grooming accessories, including cut-glass scent bottles, brushes, comb, hand mirror, etc. All with sterling silver mounts bearing London hallmarks for 1939, and makers marks for Mappin & Webb of London, and Sheffield.
Retaining its original canvas weather case (worn, torn on corners) in antique/vintage used condiktion.
Dimensions approx. 7" high x 22" wide x 15" deep.
