This is a gorgeous and very rare Museum Quality Liberty & Co. Sterling Silver and Turquoise Cymric Pattern Six-Piece Dresser Set from the estate of legendary philanthropist and collector Jacqueline Loewe Fowler, whose jewels are in the collection of the Metropolitan Museum of Art. The Arts and Crafts period set is fully hallmarked for Liberty and Co, CYMRIC and for Birmingham, 1903-4. The set comprises a circular hairbrush, two oblong brushes, a shoe horn, a button hook, and a glove stretcher, each set with cabochon turquoise. The pieces are each marked and the number is 5184. The shoe horn, button hook and glove stretcher have turquoise cabochons on both sides. It is very rare to find the jeweled Liberty and Co. pieces. Here we have a complete Dresser Set and adorned with Turquoise! The length of the brush is 9 inches. The glove stretcher is separated. The pieces are marked L & Co. CYMRIC with full hallmarks for Birmingham 1903-1904.
