    Shipping & Delivery
    Delivery times vary depending on shipping type and location. Most items are delivered via specialty furniture delivery carriers and take approximately 4–6 weeks for delivery. Some items shipped via freight arrive in approximately 14 business days. Please call us seven days a week at

    We offer different levels of delivery service to accommodate your individual needs. Below are summaries of the services provided by our delivery partners. Please call us to receive a custom quote for the level of service you require.
    Delivery with Set Up
    Delivery with set-up means the items are brought inside by a two-man delivery team, unpacked, and assembled in the room of your choice. When the drivers leave your new furniture is set up and ready for use. (Please note the installation of shelving is the customer's responsibility, and will not be installed by the delivery company.)
    Threshold Delivery
    With Threshold Delivery, the product is delivered inside the front door on the first floor, or to the nearest accessible dry area, such as a garage or porch. It is the customer's responsibility to unpack items and perform any necessary assembly (usually very minor).
    Curbside Shipping
    With Curbside Shipping the product is delivered at the "curb." The delivery will be made with one driver and it is the customer's responsibility to bring the furniture inside the delivery address. Additional people may be required depending on the size of the order being delivered. The shipper’s obligation is to unload the shipment to the customer's curbside only.
    Pick-up
    Some items are available for Pick-up. Please call us for details.
    When Your Order Arrives
    Verify that you have received all of the pieces listed on your delivery invoice. Please inspect all unpacked items or boxes for damage, and note any damage on your delivery invoice.
    Noticeable damage can include:
    Cuts or Tears on boxes or packaging
    Rips, Dents or Punctures on boxes or packaging
    Dirt, Marks or Stains on boxes or packaging
    It is your responsibility to make sure to inspect each box for any of the above before the delivery driver leaves. All damages must be noted on your signed delivery invoice. If the aforementioned steps are not taken, you will be responsible for filing your own claim with the shipping company.
    We do not honor “Subject to Inspection" or “Concealed Damage." All items MUST be inspected upon delivery. If exterior damage to carton is noted you MUST open and inspect contents.
    Your signature is required on your delivery invoice at the time of delivery. If you choose to have another party accept your delivery for you, please note you will still assume the same responsibility for your delivery. If you arrange to have your shipment left with no signature, you will waive all rights and release eWay Furniture from all responsibility for your shipment.
    Damage Claims
    Don't worry, if your new furniture arrives with any damage, we'll work quickly to resolve the problem. Please follow these simple steps:
    Please do not refuse the item.
    Inspect the items to determine the extent of the damage.
    Document the damage with the delivery person, and make a notation on the delivery invoice or bill of lading; have the delivery person sign as well.

    to report the damage while the delivery driver is still at your home.
    You are responsible to save the damaged items until someone comes to pick up or inspect the damage, at our discretion.
    We will arrange for any necessary repairs, or get the necessary replacement parts sent out to you ASAP.
    If you refuse an item, you will be responsible for the return shipping and the shipping of any replacement items (this will be actual shipping cost).
    Return Policy & Satisfaction Guarantee
    For your convenience, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee. If for any reason you are unhappy with your new furniture, you can return it for a refund. We ask that you please contact us within the thirty days of your furniture delivery and we will give you a return authorization number. Once the furniture is received by eWay Furniture in the original packaging with no damage and in new condition, we will refund the price of your furniture minus all actual shipping charges. The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping.
    Cancellation Policy
    Orders placed are charged and processed quickly. Once we receive your order, we immediately process the items for shipping. Cancellations will only be accepted within 24 hours of orders being placed if items have not yet been shipped. Cancellations made after 24 hours will be charged a 15% processing fee. No charges will be incurred if canceled within 24 hours unless item has been shipped.
    If item(s) are ordered and placed in "backorder" due to short supply or no supply at the time the order(s) were placed, the above cancellation policy still applies. We place your order into production and commit for shipment of the item(s) in your order.
    Item(s) that are shipped cannot be cancelled. However, you may take advantage of our return policy.
