    Excellent condition, structurally. The pencil post sides may have seasonal splits down low, which is typical of Ethan Allen furniture produced in this time frame.
    Cosmetically, it has the normal scratches, rubs & small areas associated with normal household use. Painted finishes always have more evidence of use than stained wood. There are areas that have been touched up in the past and maybe new areas that need black paint touch up.
    Shipment is not included.
    Local pick up. The buyer or their shipper picks up in Sargent, Nebraska 68874. Buyer pays their shipper for preparing, packing and shipping if they are unable to pick up. Earhjunk is open by appointment only.
