Jacksonville Jazz Festival - plastic "credit card" - great image - Nov. 2000

Description

I think this plastic 'credit card' was what you used to buy food and drinks at the 2000 Jacksonville Jazz Festival.   So this is made of plastic and measures the size of a credit card, 2 1/4 by about 3 and 3/8 inches.
I'm guessing the image is the same one used on the posters for that year.
