Gorham Art Nouveau Poppy sterling silver Double Stamp Box.
This sterling silver stamp box is stunning! The top features bold 3-d flowers, possibly poppies. There is a small script monogram in the center. The top is hinged and opens smoothly. Inside, there are two places for stamps made of wood. It appears that the inside of the top retains a light gold wash. There is a small, shallow ding on the back, but this box is otherwise in extremely good condition . This piece measures 2 5/8” by 1 1/2”1” tall. A wonderful find for a special collection or an amazing gift!
