f there is a dent in your box upon arrival - that doesn't mean the bow is damaged but if it's squashed like a pancake or retaped and a mess, then it was damaged in transit --- CALL US ASAP in order for us to replace that item in time for the event.    In addition - we require that you open the box and check the bow immediately upon arrival. This is the only way we can efficiently take care of any problems.
