    and highly collectible original vintage concert program produced for
    Art Blakey & The Jazz Messengers’
    February 1962 European tour. The Jazz Messengers now consisted of trumpeter Freddie Hubbard, saxophonist Wayne Shorter, double bassist Jymie Merritt, trombonist Curtis Fuller and pianist Cedar Walton. Hubbard and Walton became permanent members of the group following the 1961 departures of trumpeter Lee Morgan and pianist Bobby Timmons. The album
    Mosaic
    was recorded with this new line-up, produced by Alfred Lion and released immediately prior to the European Tour by Blue Note.
    In original purple and black pictorial matte-coated wrappers, staple bound, 22.2 x 22.5 cm, 12 pp. Bilingual edition with text in both English and German.
