Antique Webster Art Deco Sterling Hand Mirror.
Beautiful art deco. Vintage. Has signs of age: the actual mirror (the part you see your reflection in) is warn as is typical, there are some pits and bends. It is definitely not new. I have polished it lightly, but it could definitely use some buffing if you want to get the deep dots of tarnish off. Monogramed with the letter "H".  Item is marked "Webster Sterling." This is visible with a loop. See last picture...very hard to read without young eyes :)  Just a lovely vintage piece!
The handle is "weighted" as is typical...possibly there is some weighting under the mirror as well
