Hello & Welcome ! This s a Fabulous Tiffany & Co. Sterling Silver Repousse' Clothes Brush, Late 19th C.  It features and oll-over Floral, Foliate, Bead and Curlicue design.  The elongated center oval Cartouche has a "RAC" momogram.  One end is stamped "Tiffany & Co., Sterling".  The natural bristles are soft, secure and seem to be nice and clean. The Brush measures 6" in length. It is is Wonderful Antique Condition reflecting only minimal signs of normal age related wear commensurate with age and use. You will be proud to use and display this on any dressing table !
