Antique Silver Plate Repousse Maiden & Flowers Hand Mirror & Brush Old Victorian

Description

An antique heavy relief repoussé silver plate ladies hand mirror and hand brush depicting a victorian maiden figurine and rose flowers.  Note this is a matching set eventhough the different scene and space is different. Made by the Victor Silver Co., Patent date July 26, 1904. Marked on the side “Patent Applied For, Victor Silver Co., Pat. July 26, 1904” (see close-up photos).
Measurements include:  Mirror is 11 inch long, 5 3/4 inch wide and 1 1/8 inch thick.  Brush is 9 inch long, 3 1/2 inch wide and 2 inch thick at the bristles.  Set weighs 1 pound 6 ounces before boxing.
Condition is good as there are NO chips, nicks, cracks, scratches, broken or repaired parts present….there are natural usage scratches and very minor dents present.  Glass mirror intact and free from chips, cracks, scratches and discoloration.  Original brush bristles are full and intact.  Not polished and may have some plating loss at the high points (see close-up photos).   NO personal engraved monograms or owners initials.   Photos add and aide in the description.
