Antique Edwardian Sterling Silver Hair Brush, Repousse Flower Birmingham 1906

Description

Antique Sterling Silver Dresser Set Hair Brush.  Hallmarks on the back indicate it is Sterling Silver and was assayed in Birmingham, England in 1906.  Repousse floral and scroll design.  Measures approx. 9-3/4" in length x 3-1/2" in diameter across the widest portion.  This item is used and is in fair condition.  There is typical surface wear and some tarnish, it could use a good polish and buff.  There are numerous small dings, dents, etc.  There are some worn through spots (small holes) on high points of the flower.  There are some spaces were monograms could be added, but there are none engraved.  If you shake it, it does have some weighting bits inside that rattle.  Sold "as-is" (no returns).  Please see photos for more details.
