Monogrammed "Sallie"
Hallmarked PAT'd May 24 04, a maker mark I am unable to identify, Sterling.
The sterling has dents and scratches. The natural bristle brush has broken and missing bristles. Still, this is such a unique and beautiful conversation piece!
