1961 Cello by Scherl & Roth of Cleveland, model F612 with soft case

Description

Offered is a vintage (1961) Scherl & Roth Cello, model F612 with a soft case made by Artistic products Co. of NY. It appears to be in mint condition to my layman’s eye. There are minor scratches near the bottom of which are shown in the last picture. Also pictured are additional pieces accompanying the cello along with two bows; one unsigned with damage and the second in nice condition signed Allegro. Dimensions: 48” overall length. Body length – 29.75”, width -17”, & thickness – 7.5”
Because of outrageous shipping costs, I will hold for several months if you wish to pick up.

1, SHIPPING IS A GUESS, SO PLEASE DON’T PAY UNTIL I SEND THE INVOICE!!!!! We only charge shipping and insurance charges as outlined by the perspective carriers, NO additional charges are added.
Insurance is required and will be included in the final invoice at actual cost. Because of eBay’s recent changes, it is NOT POSSIBLE to put firm insurance fees until after the auction. The ultimate insurance cost will depend on the hammer price so disregard any automated invoices that arrive at sales end. Please do not Pre-pay, seller will invoice directly to buyer following auction’s end.

3, We will generally ship (into the shipping system) within 1-2 days of payment receipt via eBay along with a confirmed address. Non-guaranteed funds could take longer. Plus, if we have materially erred in the description, we will be happy to discuss a return (within 48 hours of item receipt), otherwise all sales are final.
4, If damage occurs during shipping, I will need photos of the box it was shipped in and photos of the items damage so that claims can be started and processed. –thank you.
5, Returns with necessary insurance will be the responsibility of the buyer
